Ingersoll-Rand/ARO Drum Pump Packages are a quick, convenient method of putting a pump into service. These packages come with everything needed to transfer fluid from 55-gallon drums. They feature ARO’s popular 1/2" (port size) diaphragm pumps in Polypropylene Aluminum or Stainless Steel. Delivery is rated at 11-gpm (42.6-lpm.) The bung adapter simplifies drum change over. Basic Packages include the Pump, Bung Adapter, Air Shut-Off, Siphon Tube, Weather Seal and Base. Transfer and Dispensing Packages add a Cam-Coupler, Dispensing Hose and Dispensing Nozzle,

Features

Air Preparation
The compact design of our FRLs saves space and provides more design flexibility than larger drying systems. Set-up time and piping costs are also reduced thanks to the use of common outlets.

Mounting Flexibility
ARO FRLs offer greater flexibility thanks to their convenient modular design. Modular clamps allow the lines on individual units to be removed without disturbing the inlet piping. Each FRL has threaded ports to allow use of pipe nipples, as well as modular configurations to meet various piping needs. T-type wall mounting bracketsprovide excellent wall-to-unit clearance for filter bowl removal and regulator adjustment.

Safety
Safety is a top priority and that's why we provide lock-out valves designed to attach to the inlet of the FRL system. These valves meet OHSA regulations, and protect the operator from injury caused by unexpected start-up of a machine during service or maintenance.
